It’s amazing how looking at satellite photos of a city I haven’t lived in since 1987 brings back memories. I created a second memory map, this time using a larger scale. You can visit my Flickr site to see both.

It would be a longer walk or bike ride to school now. The bridge across Arcade Creek is not accessable – although bridge remains.
I think this mapping/story concept is truly creative. Thanks for sharing it and for also sharing a piece of your history. I travel often to Sacramento from Southern California and it sure has changed a great deal.
