After a long hiatus, I was back in the air today. A quick goodbye to PDX’s new carpeting and a couple of plane rides later, I’m thankful for time zones. My body adjusted to the new time zone immediately, though I am concerned that my body will revert to PST when it’s time to wake up tomorrow.
Normally, I like to sit by the window, but today failed to get a window seat for either flight. On the first flight, I was stuck in a middle seat. For the second flight, I got an aisle seat (only two across), but my seatmate closed the shade even before take-off, and then he tried to do a crossword puzzle in the dark. I watched most of the landing through the window ahead of us.
So, no real pictures to post. Maybe when I head home.
