View from the Back of the Bus

Headed home from Folsom, I chose the last seat on the left side of the plane, hoping to repeat a shot I took more than a year ago.

It’s interesting how the different cameras show the same view. I shot this one with my Samsung Galaxy S5, last year’s most likely with a Canon PowerShot S100.

Those phones do a great job on so many subjects. It really doesn’t matter what camera you use… you know what you are looking at and know how to capture it.

Yeah, I love my phone for taking pictures. I captures a much wider dynamic range than my point and shoot. I just wish it had the same wide angle lens and the ability to attach a polarizing filter. I do like that my phone is small enough that I have it with me all the time.

What a great composition. Isn’t nice to be freeze the moment and have it forever?

Thanks! I love capturing moments so I can go back and relive them. It’s surprising how often I’ll go back and find something here to share with someone.

The clouds were beautiful, though a little rough inside.
