Mark Cuban on Facebook

Doesn’t FB realize that is far easier for a user to opt-out of a feed by unliking a brand/person/page that has done a poor job of communication than it is to mess with all the account settings or for them to try to tweak their algorithm all the time to try to guess what people want?

Apparently not. :-(

I like Mark Cuban’s quote. I’m just not very Facebook savvy so don’t go there often.

I never cease to be amazed at how many people spend a lot of time on Facebook… a lot more time than I have committed to spending there.

When I can find some way to monetize Facebook, I might go there more often.

Facebook is like a phone — it’s a great way to connect with people. Unfortunately, it’s not completely like the phone, unless you’re used to the phone company intentionally dropping those calls it doesn’t think you’ll want to get.
