I started carrying a small camera with me. It’s just an inexpensive point-and-shoot camera, but along the lines of The Best Camera Is The One That’s With You, it’s better than the DSLR sitting on the kitchen counter. After all, the worst photo is the one you never take.
I went exploring with Ashley yesterday and discovered that our local Barnes & Noble changed its hours. Fortunately, we were still between opening and closing times. When I go shopping, I’ll take pictures of things I want to remember to research later. Ashley knows this and asked me to take a picture of a book. This is how she held the book. :-)
A bit of blue enticed me outdoors for a lunchtime walk today. I snapped a couple of pics of the sky (of course) and water droplets on a BMW’s moonroof.

Excellent photos…you are right about the camera with you concept. Looking forward to acquisition of an iphone. They do a pretty good job.
Thanks! The iPhone makes a great camera with stitching programs and HDR programs. You’ll love it.
