We already know the Supreme Court won’t protect our First Amendment rights, e.g., McCain-Feingold. I’m not sure I want to know which will go next… McCain’s age is such a factor and yet these ancient men and women are deciding our fate. WHO WHAT HOW DID THIS HAPPEN???? Average age except for Bush’s appointees and Thomas is 75. 75 folks /// Take a good look at these gramps without the robes.. Get real, we wouldn’t eat the food they cooked for us. @Barbara – I don’t know what your experience is, but 75 isn’t that old anymore. In fact, I plan on eating food prepared by a 78 year old tomorrow night. Some have suggested a mandatory retirement age for Supreme Court Justices. I would support this, as long as it was “grandfathered” in. Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
