The aging U.S. Supreme Court

Is this a major factor in who you’ll vote for in the coming presidential election?

It is and it is enough for me to give serious consideration to crossing the party line. “GOP” also means “Gone Our Privacy”.

We already know the Supreme Court won’t protect our First Amendment rights, e.g., McCain-Feingold. I’m not sure I want to know which will go next…

McCain’s age is such a factor and yet these ancient men and women

    are deciding our fate.

WHO WHAT HOW DID THIS HAPPEN????

Average age except for Bush’s appointees and Thomas is 75.

75 folks /// Take a good look at these gramps without the robes..

Get real, we wouldn’t eat the food they cooked for us.

@Barbara – I don’t know what your experience is, but 75 isn’t that old anymore. In fact, I plan on eating food prepared by a 78 year old tomorrow night.

Some have suggested a mandatory retirement age for Supreme Court Justices. I would support this, as long as it was “grandfathered” in.
